Roll-to-Roll Automatic Exposure Machine Features

  • The 8 independent CCDs are automatically moved by the motor without manual adjustment. (2 independent MASK alignment cameras with automatic image centering function. A camera that automatically stitches within the design range, double exposure camera.)
  • The 8 independent CCDs digital cameras ensure higher alignment accuracy.
  • The second exposure uses large typesetting (set engraving) and uses 4 cameras to align, with high productivity and good precision.
  • The light source adopts UVLED point light source + precision optical system, the machine generates very little heat, and the lamp life is longer (3 years).
